This piece follows a series of works titled “Curved From Being Held.” This series was inspired by creation stories, landscape iconography, and human anatomy. The circular and tunnel-like shapes suggest topographical landscapes of the earth as well as mammalian reproductive organs, offering maps of the life-giving exterior world and interior self.
